(SOOC) A 7-hour cruise stop in Sicily — Messina, Taormina and Isola Bella.
Our cruise recently stopped in Messina, Sicily, and I had only seven hours to explore before returning to the ship.
During that limited time, I visited Messina, Taormina and Isola Bella, trying to capture the changing character of the island—from the layered city beneath the mountains to the warm Mediterranean coastline, quiet architecture and small moments along the shore.
Every photograph in this series is straight out of camera—no editing, color grading or retouching. I wanted to share the images exactly as I captured them and see how the light, colors and compositions feel without any post-production.
Which image stands out to you the most? Honest feedback on the framing, exposure and overall visual style is welcome.
