Please help me suck less at editing :)
I have been shooting with my Fuji XT5 for over a year but can't seem to get finished results that I love, even after editing.
Would love some help, guidance or criticisms (constructive or funny) about how I can improve
Whenever I shoot with my 27mm prime, I feel like the photos are almost always ready to go out of the camera, maybe I need to edit some lighting. These photos were taken with the kit lens and I've edited them with Lightroom.
Am I on the right track with any of the three edit directions I took?
For the one with two edits, one pass was just editing the WHOLE photo together and the other one I did the whole photo first and then I used a mask on the sky.
The zoom lens leaves me feeling so underwhelmed that I am debating trying out the cheap viltrox 9mm prime just as an experiment for my next trip, but not sure if that'll matter if I can't recover photos well enough in editing?
Any help would be appreciated!
Sorry for the resposts/deletes Fuji fam. Longtime lurker and first time poster :)
