Hot air balloon ride over Cappadocia at sunrise — X-T5 + XF 50mm f/2
Shot during a sunrise balloon flight over Göreme, Turkey. All handheld from inside the basket — the 50mm was the right call for compressing the layers of mist and isolating balloons against the sky. Not the easiest conditions with the constant movement and extreme light range at golden hour.
I only had the 50mm and a 27mm on this trip. Wished I had a wider option up there, but of course I bought one right after coming back 😅
Velvia simulation, minimal post in Lightroom (exposure, shadows, crop). Would love feedback on composition and edit.
