Gauging which version people prefer
I took these photos on a trip to Japan (Fujifilm XT30ii body with a Sigma 18-50mm 1:2.8 lens), and I wanted to see which version people preferred the most - mostly out of curiosity, cause I'm not here to ask if it's good or not.
I can't remember the settings I used off the top of my head, but I'm sure I used a fixed shutter speed and adjusted the focal length to darken/brighten accordingly.
In case anyone is curious, I wanted to capture the sunlight on the pots on the top shelf as well as the shadows cast on the lower shelves and kind of make each each pot shelf stand out using the different amounts of light/shadow. Hope this makes sense. Sometimes, you have intentions for a photo, but you capture something else, or another version is liked more than your original vision 😅
