A brief trip to the botanic garden - First experience with the XT50
I recently bought an XT50 with a Fuji XC 15-45mm lens as my first Fujifilm camera. This was the first time I was really able to get out of the house and go somewhere interesting to test it out. I was very excited to play around with different recipes and see what kind of shots I could get SOOC.
Unfortunately I made a mistake and drove 2 hours to visit this botanic garden without realizing what time they closed that day. I ended up only having an hour, and while I did manage to take around 300 shots, I felt very rushed and only saw half of the place. It was still very fun and I got a good bit of shots that I was happy with. It's just hard to find the right shots, adjust for exposure, and test different recipes when you're already in a rush and it's also very busy with people all around you.
Anyway, these are my favorite shots. Being a beginner, I'm open to feedback if anyone has any advice on what I could improve. These are all SOOC. I mainly used the Pacific Blues recipe for the strong shadows and beautiful green tones, and also Superia Xtra 400 in situations where there was too much contrast. I'm really looking forward to using this camera more!
