Tried going full cinematic with my XT-2, did it work?
Hey everyone,
I recently did a client shoot where I tried to lean fully into a more cinematic look, and wanted to share a few of my favourite frames.
Shot on a Fujifilm X-T2 with a mix of the Viltrox 56mm f/1.4 and 23mm f/1.4. I used only natural street light, no flash, mainly focusing on shaping the scene with whatever light was available.
For the edit, I used a custom cinematic setup I’ve been developing in Lightroom, trying to keep the colours a bit more muted and film-like while still holding contrast and depth.
Curious to hear what you think, does it feel cinematic or does it come off a bit forced?
