My integration into the Fujifilm world.
Long-time Canon shooter here still haven’t sold my 5D Mark III, if I’m honest. But as a cinematographer, I needed a body with real video codecs and Super 35, so 6 months ago I picked up the X-H2S.
Then I grabbed the XF16mmF1.4 R for street shooting, and it cracked something open. Shooting felt brand new again like rediscovering photography from scratch.
Long story short: I’m fully obsessed with Fuji now and shooting way more stills than I have in years. Next up is the original XF23mmF1.4 that gen 1 character is unmatched.
The set im building is not only for photography but also for cinematography so I wolud love suggestions for other lenses that can be matched to the set!
